Appointments

Our veterinary software program allows us to quickly and efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) and support team will attempt to accommodate your appointment requests to the best of our ability, depending on doctor availability.

Emergency & Urgent Care

Emergencies and urgent care appointments are available to established clients only at this time. Please call us to discuss your concerns as soon as you notice your pet is having an urgent medical need. If your pet is having a life threatening medical emergency and you are unable to reach us by phone or text, please contact your nearest veterinary emergency and critical care center. Nothing is more important than your pet's wellbeing. Life threatening emergencies can be rat or slug bait poisoning, hit by car, chocolate ingestion, cardiac issues, extreme difficulty breathing, or male cats unable to urinate (blocked). If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment and you are an established client, please do not hesitate to call or come in immediately. When possible, call ahead to notify us of your arrival and so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency.

We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty, during business hours, 4 days a week, who are trained and equipped to handle most emergency care needs your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians or assistants working together to save a pet's life.

We are also available for urgent care appointments for established client's only when your pet's condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to schedule a regular appointment. OR under urgent circumstances, we may request that your appointment be scheduled as a drop-off exam so that our doctors are better able to accommodate your pet's needs by seeing your patient in between regular scheduled appointments. Please call us to discuss options for an urgent care or drop-off appointment.

Testimonial

  • "You guys are the nicest people. After we had to put my cat whiskers down you sent us a condolence card. Then when my dog ate grapes you took her in and saved her life. Even going so far as to give me a glass of water and putting a note on my account to never put me in the same room that I last saw my cat alive after I had a panic attack from just looking at the door. Thank you guys so much for taking great care of my pets."
